Description
Ferrule for cylindric shafts with snap-fix system, middle length with tungsten carbide tip.
Tungsten carbide (WC) is a chemical compound containing powder forms of tungsten carbide and cobalt which are during a specific sintering process fused together into a dense "hard metal".
Tungsten carbide (widia) is much stiffer than steel, so the tip of the ferrule is very durable.
Purpose of use: hiking, trekking and ski poles
